PMI Global Summit provided more than 25 AI-focused educational sessions, including interactive workshops, immersive activities, and exclusive learning and networking opportunities with project professionals who are using AI to advance their workplaces. The Exhibit Hall provided the chance to demo PMI Infinity™—the project manager’s AI-powered co-pilot. Attendees reimagined the future with us—and left confident and prepared for what’s next.

Two gaming industry experts, Jeffrey Burrell, Head of Social Impact & Sustainability at Riot Games and Dan Goldenberg, Chief Sustainability Officer In-Residence at Deloitte & President of the Call of Duty Endowment, talked about how project management helped them galvanize their passionate fan base of gamers to have a positive social impact. This panel is part of the “Hollywood and Gaming” session that followed a panel on inclusion in Hollywood.

Fanshen Cox, DEIA Manager for the California Film Commission’s Tax Credit Program, and Romola Ratnam, SVP of Social Impact at Endeavor, discussed how project management helped bring the Hollywood inclusion rider to fruition. This panel is part of the “Hollywood and Gaming” session that precedes a panel on social impact in the gaming industry.

Fiona Korwin-Pawlowki, Chief Strategy Officer at CETI PROJECT spoke about CETI’s innovative partnership with D.S. & DURGA to create a new perfume, LET’S DIVE, inspired by the linguistic bridge between humans and whales. She delved into how the groundbreaking nonprofit leverages project management to build powerful collaborations that connect people to their cause. This panel is part of the “Beauty & Fashion” session that precedes a discussion on sustainability in fashion.

On Thursday evening, we marked 50 incredible years of PMI Awards as we honored this year’s PMI Award winners and announced the PMI Project of the Year Award before dancing the night away.

Forbes World’s Top 50 Women in Tech. roboticist and entrepreneur Marita Cheng, inspires people through the possibilities of technology.

Marita founded Robogals, a global organization that inspires girls into engineering careers and tertiary studies by teaching girls robotics. Marita founded Aipoly, using AI to recognize objects in real-time to help the visually impaired navigate the world, winning a CES Best of Innovation Award two years in a row!
