Behind the Scenes: Warner Bros. Studio Tour - SOLD OUT*

This Studio Tour brings you closer than ever to the entertainment you love. You’ll explore one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles with one of our expert Tour Guides, who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for nearly 100 years. Tour includes time for self-guided access to the exhibit. Note: There is a fee of $25 to attend this activity.

Capital Improvement Program at LAX - SOLD OUT*
Thursday, 19 September | 1:30–5:00 p.m. PDT
Buses will depart from the Los Angeles Convention Center at 1:30 p.m. and return by 5:00 p.m.
This session is PDU eligible.
Attendees will meet with representatives of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to learn about the Capital Improvement Program underway at LAX. Key to the transformation is the future Automated People Mover (APM), a vital piece of infrastructure that will seamlessly connect guests to LAX's terminals, a new Consolidated Rent-A-Car facility (ConRAC), L.A. Metro, ride-hailing services, and more. During the onsite visit, learn more about the AMP, ConRAC, Midfield Satellite Concourse South, and other projects that are part of LAX's ambitious modernization plans.

Tour of SoFi Stadium - SOLD OUT*
Friday, 20 September | 1:45–5:00 p.m. PDT
Buses will depart from the Los Angeles Convention Center at 1:45 p.m. and return by 5:00 p.m.
This session is PDU eligible.
Attendees will receive a 60-minute guided tour of VIP areas and field access. The stadium received an Event Sustainability Management System certification, becoming the second NFL venue to achieve such certification. Tour will cover highlights of the design and construction of the venue. Tour also includes a $15 voucher per person to use at the merchandise store on the day of the tour.

GUIDE
Workshop for Non-Profit Organizations: Give Back to the Community with Project Managers Without Borders
Wednesday, 18 September | 1:00–3:00 p.m.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create potential solutions for actionable work plans with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), many of whom are from the Los Angeles area. We invite you to participate in our upcoming NPO Workshop, an exclusive opportunity to volunteer your skills and expertise to help NPOs thrive.
Why Participate?
This workshop is your chance to give back by applying your project management knowledge to real-world challenges faced by NPOs. Here’s what you can expect:
- Collaborate with Local NPOs: Partner with NPOs to deliver capacity-building project solutions. Your expertise will help these organizations develop and implement actionable solutions to their most pressing issues.
- Hands-On Experience: Directly address NPO challenges. Your contributions will be pivotal in creating practical and impactful work plans.
- Professional Growth: Enhance your project management skills by working on diverse, real-world problems. This experience will not only benefit the NPOs but also enrich your professional journey.
- Community Impact: Use your skills to create sustainable change within the community. Your efforts will help build stronger, more resilient organizations capable of making a lasting difference.
- Support UN Sustainable Development Goals: PMI is a United Nations Global Compact Partner. This effort supports the direct application of project management and is eligible for our Hours for Impact program.

Volunteer Appreciation Session (invite only)
Wednesday, 18 September | 1:00–5:00 p.m.
The Volunteer Appreciation Session will include an update and address by members of the PMI executive leadership team and Board of Directors as well as the presentation of volunteer awards. It will be followed by an exclusive keynote presentation.
Invitations will be sent to volunteers (as indicated during registration for Global Summit) closer to the date but set your calendar now to save the date!
Annual Membership Meeting
Thursday, 19 September | 5:00–5:45 p.m.
The PMI 2024 Annual Membership Meeting will feature the approval of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes, acknowledgments for the Board of Directors, and a heartfelt thanks to directors completing their terms. Board Chair LuAnn Piccard will thank PMI volunteers for their contributions and share an inspiring video showcasing the PMI community. PMI President and CEO Pierre Le Manh will provide an update on PMI:NEXT, PMI operations, and recent accomplishments. Engage in an interactive Q&A session with Pierre and LuAnn, facilitated by Chief Community Officer Brantlee Underhill. Don’t miss this opportunity to gather and grow—attend in person or virtually! PMIEF Gala "A Crescendo of Care: Increasing the Impact of PMIEF's Mission"

Join PMIEF for an unforgettable evening of community, generosity, and inspiration on The Ray Charles Terrace at the GRAMMY Museum® in Los Angeles. Be a part of celebrating the global impact PMIEF is making! Highlights of the evening to include:
- Honoring our youth-serving nonprofit partners
- Celebrating our top donors
- Raising essential funds to empower youth through project management
- Musical performances by Rachel Gonzalez
- Youth-Serving Non-Profits: Representatives from PMIEF grant partner F1 in Schools and the Los Angeles-based organization HOLA will be featured. Limited edition artwork by HOLA alumni artist Yair Sarmiento will be given to all Gala guests.
The evening will feature beer, wine, and dinner; a special PMIEF-branded audio-themed takeaway gift; a silent auction; PMIEF partner highlights; other foundation highlights; special speakers, donor, volunteer, and awards recognition; compelling stories from youth impacted by our grants; and an exciting preview of our next strategic phase.
